Refund & Exchange

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Do not accept unsealed or damaged parcels.
  2. Customers cannot open parcels before payment unless prepaid.
  3. Contact customer service within 24 hours for any defects or issues.
  4. No complaints will be entertained after 24 hours of delivery.
  5. Items on sale or discount are not eligible for exchange or return.

Refund/Exchange Policy:

Chariot Books does not generally offer returns or exchanges. However, if a product is defective or incorrect, contact customer service and provide images within 24 hours of delivery. If validated, refunds or exchanges may take time depending on the case’s nature. No cash refunds are available; refunds will be issued via IBFT or cheque, with a AED10 processing fee for all refunds. Refunds below AED 50 will be given as redeemable online coupons.


Conditions:

  1. Item must be in its original packaging, unused, and sent with an invoice within 3 working days.
  2. Once reviewed, the refund or exchange will be initiated.

Order Cancellation:

You can cancel orders before they are processed by contacting us via WhatsApp. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, and the Return/Exchange Policy applies.
